HI, I’M SYDNEY.
I am a 20-year ad agency veteran with a demonstrated history of managing and launching complex brand and digital strategic initiatives, including website rebrands, e-commerce site modernization efforts and CMS re-platforms, mobile app development, creative campaign launches and social media management for clients such as Taco Bell, T-Mobile, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Starbucks and the International Olympic Committee.
Now as a freelancer, I help everyone from start-up’s to large organizations innovate and accelerate in an ever-changing digital landscape. My strengths include a savant-like attention to detail, meticulous tracking of program dependencies and requirements, knack for making sense of data and numbers, and a scrappy resourcefulness to successfully carry any project across the finish line.
And a fun fact! I am a wellness coach. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I strive to embody the best version of myself and encourage others to do the same.

I like to think of my agency background as a rite of passage, two decades spent in a marketing boot camp that transformed me from civilian to soldier. Through years of apprenticeship working alongside the brightest minds in strategy, creative and digital innovation, I gained a wealth of skills to tackle virtually any digital marketing assignment. This lived experience has given me the ability to master multiple disciplines of digital programs and the confidence necessary to make informed decisions with solid judgment.

I create go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C, construct website and mobile app “experience strategies,” author creative briefs, develop website content strategy and define measurement frameworks and KPI’s.

I oversee and organize multi-disciplinary teams through PMO leadership, produce detailed project schedules with dependency mapping, schedule management, manage and update RAID logs, establish scopes, track budgets and develop communications plans that set projects up for success.

Need help with launching a new product? I assist with creating product roadmaps, author and prioritize features and requirements, keep up to date on market trends and the competition, and manage product backlogs and upcoming releases with developers.

I approach projects through a CX lens, contributing to the launch of new products through developing user journeys, creating product/landing page wireframes, designing sitemaps and overseeing third-party user research (qualitative and quantitative).
